About Me

Who am I?

I am an elder; blessed with rich life experiences, travel adventures, and a gaggle of children and grandchildren.

Although an officially retired teacher and journalist, my gift of brimming energy keeps me keeping on, and I remain active in both professions.

I am eternally grateful to have lived on a hilltop in rural Ontario surrounded by fields, forests and wild things.

Open Heart Press is born out of my fierce belief in the intelligence of the heart – hearing it, trusting it and following it.

And I believe in joy.

    1. Love reading what you have to say. I share with all my friends and they love your words of wisdom too. The Enterprise is less interesting now.

    2. I have just started reading her Walking in Light and it really resonates with me. Do you have a group/circle that meets? If so is it open to me to join? Elizabeth

  11. No group circle that I am aware of, but try googling Shift Network shamanic journeying. She has an online course going right now that you might be interested in, Elizabeth.
