You who are the source of all power,
Your rays illuminate the whole world,
Illuminate our hearts also,
So we too may do your work.

star of wonder, star of light
come back after the longest night
to ignite my heart and soothe my soul.

let me dance in your starshine
laugh in your brilliance, sparkle with your radiance.
light my candle
I’ll spread the shine,
darkness has no power when I catch your glow.

I’ll switch on – ten-hundred-thousand candle power!
 
Zap!
 
nothing and no one can snuff out my star’s light,
fed with love and sweetness.
the dark cannot exist in the intensity of this love-light

because I am not alone.

so many of us are dancing in the light.
too many to count,
swirling round and round, sending sparks into the night.

light workers lifting the planet.


join in the circle of light!
what one soul emits makes a difference. a big difference.

your light makes it easier . . . lighter . . . for the rest.


hitch your soul to the star and feel the love radiate. we will fill up the gaps between us with that love,
with burning hope and full knowing 
that the dark will fail, the light prevail.
